*Cap off gas pipe if needed.

*Building work to open up chimney breast.

*Install choice of hearth.

*Install choice of bricked or tiled chamber.

*Install solid oak beam.

*Install new flue liner.

*Install choice of multi fuel stove.

*Plaster full chimney breast.

*Issue Hetas certificate

*Issue Gas Safe certificate if required.
